Hello. Can anybody tell me what type of peyote plant this is? We are not sure exactly how old it is, but I've known my partner for 15 years and he already had it when I met him. Regards, Lee.

That is exactly what it looks like, LWv caespitosa
Looks like L. Williamsii var. caespitosa to me due to the clumping of equal sized heads which have not developed larger than 2.5cm in so many years.
